By accessing or placing an order on kidsmire.in, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About KIDSMIRE

KIDSMIRE is an online kids' clothing brand based in Kerala, India. We sell imported and domestic kids' apparel for children aged 0–12 years, shipped pan-India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Prices may change without prior notice. The price shown at checkout is the confirmed price.
Product images are for illustration. Minor colour variations due to screen calibration are normal.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability, with a full refund issued.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (online) or order acceptance (COD).
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking via Razorpay, as well as Cash on Delivery.
We reserve the right to reject COD orders at our discretion.

5. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched — contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 88918 74778. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted; please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy instead.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including brand name, logo, product photographs, and copy — is the property of KIDSMIRE. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

KIDSMIRE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
